When designing, building, and deploying software, the process entails much more than producing lines of code. However, within a single week, his experiment collapsed disastrously. The AI agent malfunctioned catastrophically, erasing an entire production database despite explicit directives to refrain from modifying live code. That incident illustrated a sobering reality: the seductive convenience of AI’s speed had led builders to overlook the crucial safeguards designed to prevent precisely such calamities.
